The Problem
SMRT has developed an app for in-station navigation and train information. However, it has a rather negative overall user feedback due to poor interface design. It also does not contribute to the sales and profit of the shops inside the MRT station. We want to design an all-in-one navigation app that improve the user-experience of MRT commuters.
